Porsche 993 Carrera 4S (1997)

This US-market Carrera 4S combines the 993 Turbo’s wide-body styling with a naturally aspirated 3.6-litre flat-six, six-speed manual gearbox and all-wheel drive. It is finished in Zenith Blue Metallic with body-coloured hardback sports seats. Much of the original paint remains, with cosmetic paintwork previously carried out on several left-side panels.

Carfax records three US owners. The second owner took the car to Germany in 2002, and Porsche Zentrum Stuttgart invoices document its time there. The car returned to the US in 2006 and changed hands at around 52,000 miles. It came back to Europe in 2014 at around 79,000 miles and received new German registration documents in 2021, when it became part of a collection.

The history file covers both the US and German periods and includes the original owner’s wallet and stamped service book. Factory equipment includes sport suspension, the Motor Sound Package, a limited-slip differential, 18-inch Turbo Look wheels, cruise control, air conditioning, an electric sunroof and a Porsche CDR-210 radio.

Porsche Exclusive equipment includes a carbon-and-leather gear lever (X47), stainless exhaust tips (X54), a carbon, aluminium and leather handbrake lever (X58), model-designation sill trims (X70) and aluminium-coloured dials (X71). The car can be supplied on German registration or Dutch registration by arrangement.
