This Giulia was delivered in Italy in 1971. And purchased in Italy in 2015 from the first owner. This can be proven by the Italian car passport and included photos.

We are selling the car on behalf of the customer( second owner). Due to health reasons, the car is no longer used and is offered for sale by us.

This is a both optically and technically completely restored car. Because of its age, the car is exempt from MOT and road tax.

The car is suitable for (daily) road use as well as classic rally participation.

The car was purchased in 2015 with original 99,000 kilometers, now stands at 127,000 kilometers.

Rallys This is a well-known car in the Dutch classic rally world. Among others, the car has participated in:
– The Mid Winter Classic (3 participations)
– The ROZ – Around the Zuiderzee
– The Night of the Netherlands (600km through the night).

Engine

The 1.3L engine has been replaced by the 2.0L variant (2019). This has been completely rebuilt with new: Mahle Cylinder liner bushings, Mahle convex pistons, 84mm Goetze piston rings, Main bearings, connecting rod bearings, thrust bearings, pris-axle bearings and chains.

For more power a Rally inlet camshaft was fitted in combination with twin 40mm D’ellorto carburetors and electronic ignition.

Bas Autoservice (Alfa Specialist) has tuned the car on the test bench to a power output of 133hp and 187nm torque. Printout is available.

Chassis equipped with: Electronic power steering from Power Steering. New aluminum wheels with Michelin M&S tires. 2.0L steering knuckles including 2.0L brakes. Calipers have been overhauled and discs and pads new. Rear axle is from an Alfa 1600 and has been overhauled. Red Koni shock absorbers including new springs all around.

Rally updates

Equipped with: Sparco seats with Schroth 3-point belts. Giacomini Rollcage. Brantz 2S Pro Tripmaster with foot pedal. Cebe Led lighting front and rear. Digital compass. Radio controlled clock. 100L aluminum tank i.c.w. new dual fuel pump. Killswitch.

Documentation and original parts

The car is fully documented. Invoices present from engine rebuild, suspension parts, rally updates and test bench session plus power printout. Also present are appraisal reports from 2015 and 2018.

The original 1300 engine, 1300 rear axle, front bumper and original front seats plus rear bench seat come with the car in clean condition.

Car can be viewed by appointment in Wateringen, the Netherlands. Worldwide transport is possible by arrangement.
